We're so very excited to bring you this new blog!

Welcome to Kees2RHearts!

We've had a special love for dogs all of our lives, but our hearts were won over with the Keeshond breed in 1992, when we saw our first Keeshond, Kricket. She wasn't a show dog, however, she certainly had the spirit of a show dog! She was a joy to have in our family.

In 2007, just 3 weeks after Kricket's journey to the rainbow bridge, otherwise known as doggie heaven, we purchased a male Keeshond. Our home had not been the same without a Keeshond to share it with and in Kricket's memory we named him Jiminy. Jiminy was our first show dog. Just one year later, Venus became a part of our family. Venus loves agility! Jiminy, Kricket and Venus - for the love of our Keeshonden... they are the "keys to our hearts"!

Web design was one of those things that just sort of happened. As a result of training in our real jobs the skill of maintaining, updating and eventually developing websites was acquired. As we got more involved with showing dogs we joined area kennel clubs and the need arose for someone to take on the role of webmaster for their websites. And so that, my friend, is how the love of dogs and web design became Kees2RHearts!
